Opt-out Right for California Consumers
What is the Opt-Out Right for California Consumers?
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), effective January 1, 2020, introduced new data privacy rights for Californians, including the right for consumers to opt-out of having their personal information “sold” as defined under the CCPA. We do not sell our customers personal information, however the CCPA’s definition of “sale” is broad and includes sharing practices common among websites.
While Skate One does not sell personal information for money, we do share information for a variety of other purposes, such as to tailor your online experience or provide analytics on how our sites are used. Details about how we share and process information can be found in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms and Conditions pages. You can opt-out using the link below.
